Made exclusively from red grape varieties. A soft crushing and pressing make it possible to gently extract the juice. The ros must is clarified resulting in a bright, clear wine. Great summer Rose with friends.
A golden yellow with straw-colored tints.Suave and heady on the nose with rose and pepper aromas. On the palate, there’s full-bodied and bewitching with a persistent intensity accompanied for a long time with a hint of residual sugar.
Wine of the Day: Infraganti 100% Verdejo
Infraganti, the 100% Verdejo is a young wine with seductive bouquet. Fresh fruity and flowery flavors and a light and lively finish. Excellent pairings with seafood, fish and salad.
Wine of the Day: Plic Plic Plic, Spain
Varietal: 50% Samsó, 50% Garnatxa.
A lively ruby color. Coffee, blackberries, balsamic notes combined with vanilla, caramel and chocolate. Light toasty touch, mineral. In the mouth is fresh, smooth, long lasting, leaving a pleasant memory.
The grape samsó comes from more than 30 years old vineyards located in the lowest part of the DO. Otherwise, the garnatxa variety comes from the ones located in the highest and latest part. Combining both of them, we get a good balance between structure and elegance, giving the wine an interesting complexity. Aged 6 months in French and American oak barrels. Right after, a natural light decantation and filtration takes place and finally the wine is bottled.

Wine of the Day: Garnacha de Fuego (Fire) Rose, Spain
The winery is located in Munébrega, in the region of Calatayud (Aragon). The winery has 265 acre of Grenache from old vines, located at the top of the slopes ranging from 950 to 1,000 meters above sea level.
The vines are planted on two different plots. The first is characterized by decomposed slate. The second is composed mainly of red clay soils seriously. Although there is very little rainfall in the region, the clay holds enough water to the vines get moisture and are grown without irrigation. Then, the grapes are carefully harvested by hand and selected only the perfectly ripe bunches. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
This Garnacha de Fuego (Fire) Rose is a solid effort that has a light salmon color to go with notions of cherry blossom, orange peel and herbs de Provence. Medium-bodied, supple, fresh easy-drinking for summer.
Leda ‘Truffle Hunter’ Barbera d’Asti 2013,Italy
Grape: 100% Barbera
The Barbera grapes for this wine come from vineyards located in Castagnole Lanze and Costigliole d’Asti villages, at 200 to 300 ft. above sea level. The average age of the vines is 25 years and they are grown on southeast and southwest facings in calcareous clay soil, at a density of about 5,000 plants per hectare. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the must is fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks. Skin maceration takes place over 6 days, assuring good color and body. The wine spends 6 months in bottle before shipping.
Leda is a wine that is made dedicated to the winemaker beloved dog, Leda. You can read more about the winemaker’s note on Leda on the attached label. It’s ruby red in color, this Barbera shows ample red fruit on the nose. It has silky tannins that give it a smooth mouthfeel. This “easy-to-drink” wine has a freshness and approachability that makes it a great wine for even the casual wine consumer.
