The 2012 vintage of our Alexander Valley Merlot strikes a delicate balance between finely woven structure and soft, silky fruit. Sleek, mouth-filling tannins glide across the palate and are complemented by aromas of blackberry, currant, and sweet oak. Rich flavors of cherry, chocolate cake, and vanilla lead to a well-focused finish. This Merlot will be available for tasting tonight.
A blend of 63% Garnacha and 37% Carinena, Cims del Montsant is made from grapes grown at the foot of the Montsant in the Siurana valley and aged for five months in French oak barrels. This medium-bodied wine starts of with a floral bouquet of bright red fruit, strawberry pastille and red currant preserves on the nose. The well structured palate offers good depth of fruit with mulberry, dark plum flavors with underlying notes of fresh ginger and baking spice towards a bold, focused finish. This wine is part of the Seminar presentation for tonight. You will be able to taste it first hand.
This 2011 Cabernet has an opaque, youthful dark ruby color. The aromas of dark cherry, plum and black currant are integrated with the spicy sweetness of oak. With the subtle sweet aroma of dried figs, black pepper, dried herbs and dark chocolate, this wine has an abundance of complex aromas and flavors. The body is very full with a soft entry, coupled with bright dark cherry/berry flavors that develop from start to finish. With great texture and mouth feel, this Cabernet is full bodied, rich and opulent. An absolute delicious.

A gorgeous ripe cherry tones and purple sustained. Big, warm and fleshy with an expression of its youthful elegant tannic, expanding into a long and broad taste that will evolve correctly. On the palate, after a long maceration and controlled fermentation, this wine presents us with a beautiful dress, broad and intense.
This Corralillo Pinot Noir aged for 11 months in French oak. Has an intense and deep red color, with violet hints. On the nose, it imparts aromas of red cherries, blueberries and spices, which are very characteristic to this variety. In the mouth, its tannins are soft and elegant and its vibrant acidity gives a juicy, long and persistent finish. This Pinot Noir will be available for tasting this Friday.
This is a light garnet colored Pinot Noir selected from premium growing areas within California. The aromas are subtle with sour cherry and leathery notes which intertwine with rich French oak notes as a backdrop. The palate is flavorful with more cherry notes and cocoa and vanilla flavors and with ample acidity to bring all of these flavors together elegantly. It finishes with sweet oak and snappy acidity making it a perfect food wine. This Pinto Noir will be available for tasting tonight.
It’s still time for a Rose! This organic farming Llopart Rose has a pale cherry colour with light copper tones. Highly bright. A well developed bubbles, small and constant. It has a complex bouquet of aging, harmonized with elegant wild fruits shade and delicate tanins. In mouth it comes in powerful and right point of acidity. It keeps a perfect balance until the end of its permanence in the palate. Great for this time of weather.
